-We accept payments through Razorpay payment gateway, which allows users to pay via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and other supported methods
–Refund Policy: Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided less then 10% of the course content has been accessed. No refunds wil be processed after this period
–Cancellation: Cancellations will not result in refunds for any unused portion of the course after the initial refund period

All course materials, including videos, quizzes, and assignments, are the exclusive property of Rajrit Health Care Services Private Limited Users may not copy reproduce, distribute, or share any course content without prior written consent from the company

Vista Care Clinic makes no warranties or representations regarding the effectiveness, accuracy or completeness of the course content, Courses are provided on an “as-is” basis without any guarantees

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the course. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if such damages were foreseeable.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. and we cannot be held liable for unauthorized access

Rajrit Health Care Services Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform
